Feminist Action Week – Events

Sat, February 1
Action Training – WLINT* (women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans) only
Time: 12:00 – 4PM
Place: AZ Conni, Rudolf-Leonhard Straße 39
February 13 is coming closer and we oppose the myth of Germans as victims in Dresden.
How to express one’s opposition on this day? You and your demo-group fancy anti-fascist, feminist actions? You would like to join and have ideas but no demo-group? You want to exchange strategies and gain practical experience in a more protected setting?
During this action training we want to work out how to be prepared for the demonstration and how we can stay capable of acting. We will focus on ways in which all our perspective can be shared and heard. Lots of skills and space to exchange are awaiting you!

Tue, February 4
Actions 101 – “What to do in case of fire?” Legal workshop.
Organization: Ermittlungsausschuss Dresden (committee of enquiry)
Time: 8PM
Place: AZ Conni, Rudolf-Leonhard Straße 39
Stay calm! This is the basic rule of every emergency plan and it is also ours to avoid that your arrest or proceedings against you end in catastrophe. Everybody who is politically active and fights against injustice and oppression – as anti-fascists, opponents of nuclear power, anti-militarists, communists or anarchists – has to expect being arrested for taking part in demonstrations and other actions, confiscation of leaflets/zines, warrants and other legal proceedings.
To enable you to face repression with self confidence, we try to explain the basic rules of behavior before, during and after a demonstration.

Place: Malobeo, Kamenzer Straße 38
Yeah, Feminist Block_ade 2.0 is over und you made a lot of experiences. It if important to take the time to calm down afterwards. Some do that alone or in small groups but some prefer to mix with people to do so. We want to create a space for reflection and sharing of experiences. We also want to look to the future and to develop strategies for further connection of Feminist Block_ade.
If you want to contribute to this process, grab some food for the buffet and join us.
